Prostitution laws in UkraineУкраїна
Ukraine penalises the person who sells sex with an administrative sanction: under Article 181-1 of the Code on Administrative Offences, engaging in prostitution is punishable by a warning or a fine of 5 to 10 non-taxable minimum incomes, rising to 8 to 15 for a repeat within a year. Buying sex is not an offence. Article 302 was last amended in 2023. No specific offence of advertising sexual services was found in the provisions checked.
